PTW Electrifies the Fox Coulee Solar Project

Our Construction team provided direct current (DC) electrical installation and equipment deployment for the EPC contractor, GOLDBECK SOLAR, on the Fox Coulee Solar project. The solar farm is owned by Neoen and is currently under construction.

Throughout the project, PTW has adhered to tight timelines while prioritizing safety. Over 66,000 construction hours have been dedicated with a key focus placed on productivity and minimizing environmental impact. Through aligning multiple site contractors, we orchestrated a synchronized effort that not only met key deadlines promptly but also fostered a positive direction for the project.

The Fox Coulee Solar Project is a 93 MWp solar farm in Alberta, that once operational, will be capable of producing clean energy to power over 20,000 residential homes and will contribute to the target of achieving carbon neutrality by 2035 set by the Province of Alberta and the federal government.
