PTW Assists in the Install of 67 Wind Towers

In 2023, PTW undertook a monumental project assisting with the installation of 67 Wind towers. PTW’s role included electrical installation, fibre optic installation, and MV termination and testing.

The installation showcases PTW’s commitment to cutting-edge technologies in electrical and fiber optic installation. Precision in MV termination and testing processes guarantees the reliability and longevity of the wind towers’ electrical infrastructure. Notably, the PTW team demonstrated exceptional adaptability, continuously adjusting scheduling to meet the client’s requirements.

Sustainable Impact:

We have extensive expertise in wind farm installations across Canada, having successfully installed over 3 gigawatts (GW) of capacity in our company’s lifetime. Last year alone, our team completed over 182 tower installations, aligning with global efforts to reduce carbon footprints and transition towards cleaner, more sustainable energy sources.

 The project’s completion not only marks a milestone for PTW but also significantly contributes to Alberta’s renewable energy landscape.
